Mechanical Patent Agent: Draft & Prosecute Global Patents

Stinson LLP seeks an experienced patent agent to join the patent prosecution group in our Intellectual Property and Technology Division. The role focuses on drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications, with emphasis on patentability assessments and due diligence for a diverse client base. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in patent preparation and prosecution, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to own patent applications through all stages, coordinating with #J-18808-Ljbffr
