Duties
Harvest inventions directly from clients.Advise clients on invention disclosures, patent strategy, and prosecution.Evaluate cutting-edge technology.Draft and prosecute US patent applications.Guide prosecution of foreign patent applications.Contribute to opinion work and client counseling.Support litigation efforts.Provide technical support across the practice.Requirements
