  Q: Which of the following is not in accordance with the provisions of the MPEP?

  answer e (incorrect): A title in a U.S. application need not be identical to the corresponding foreign filed application.

  Cite given for E as being wrong: (B) is the most correct answer inasmuch as the title needs to be
  technically accurate and the limitation is 500 characters, not 10 words.
  See MPEP 606. As to (A), (C) and (D), see MPEP 606 and 606.01 on p.
  600-50. As to (E), the title can be amended by the examiner.

  Problem: 606 gives no mention of foreign applications and corresponding US apps. CFR 1.72 does not further clarify. Where is this rule?
