Writing and prosecuting patents in electronics, computer hardware, software, and AIShaping claims to hold up under eligibility scrutiny, and winning § 101 argumentsPartnering directly with engineers and in-house legal teamsHelping clients spot and capture new inventions and build portfolio strategyOverseeing foreign filings through international counselWorking with modern, tech-enabled prosecution toolsYou likely have
Roughly 4+ years of hands-on drafting and prosecutionActive and in good standing with the California State BarA technical degree such as EE, CompE, CS, physics, or METhe offer
Flexible on title: open to patent agents through senior-level attorneysHybrid schedule with several office locations to choose fromCompensation: $190,000–$325,000 plus bonus, based on experience and qualifications
