Patent Attorney/Agent - Electrical/Computer Science

Seeking a full-time Patent Attorney or Agent with a background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. This position involves all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution, with opportunities for increasing levels of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare patent applications.Analyze Office Actions and prepare strategies for response.Ensure accurate billing, file maintenance, and docket management.Work closely with other attorneys and technical staff on a variety of matters in electrical/computer science fields.
Requirements
Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
Desired Qualities
Strong attention to detail.Technically proficient with the ability to learn quickly.Motivated, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
