Description: Intellectual property law focused law firm is seeking a registered US patent lawyer or a registered US patent agent with at least 1 year of patent application preparation and prosecution experience to fill a patent attorney or patent agent position. Responsibilities: · Patent application drafting and prosecution REQUIRED Qualifications: · B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Physics · At least 1 year of patent application drafting and prosecution experience · Experience drafting and prosecuting semiconductor technologies · Active, in good standing, and current patent bar registration with the USPTO · Active, in good standing, and current state bar membership in at least one state or DC (in the United States) The Ideal Candidate Will: · Have excellent oral and written communication skills · Receive and incorporate feedback effectively and efficiently · Be committed to integrity and excellence without excuses · Be reliable & consistent · Be responsive and produce timely work product consistently US Citizens ONLY Benefits: Remote work NO RECRUITERS.
