Current USPTO Source Materials Matter
Patent Bar preparation has to reflect the source materials the USPTO is actually testing. The USPTO states that the registration examination covers the subject matter identified in its published source materials, including the MPEP, Ninth Edition, Revision 01.2024. The Office also advises applicants to check the source-material list regularly because tested materials may be revised during an examination window.
