    The USPTO overall pass rate was 46% in FY2026 and averaged 47% from 2012 to 2025. Any program worth using should be willing to publish its own outcome data and explain how it is measured. Wysebridge publishes its tracked student results dating back to 2012.

  2. Where questions come from changes how well you prepare

    Questions written specifically for a prep course often differ from real USPTO exam questions in phrasing and structure. Training on real historical exam questions is more predictive of actual performance.

  3. Price the cost of a retake into your decision
