The USPTO overall pass rate has stayed in the mid-40s: 46% in FY2025, and a 47% average for 2012–2025. Wysebridge's tracked student outcomes averaged 81% over the same period. Where the numbers come from
National pass rates come from the USPTO's published registration-examination statistics. Wysebridge pass rates are tracked separately from student-reported outcomes and are labeled that way wherever they appear.
Question-frequency and repeat-question analyses use the USPTO's released historical exams, mapped to the MPEP; live study figures are aggregated, anonymous activity from Wysebridge students. Each data page states its own method.
