What's Included in Wysebridge Patent Bar Review

The course library organizes the material by the subjects and procedures candidates need for the USPTO registration examination rather than expecting students to work through the MPEP from beginning to end. The current library includes 9 courses, 210 lessons, and 457 topics, and it can change as lessons are revised or added.

The full question bank contains more than 3,000 multiple-choice questions drawn from released USPTO material, USPTO-derived material, and Wysebridge-authored questions covering current post-AIA law (899 official USPTO exam questions + 419 USPTO-derived + 2,240 Wysebridge-authored post-AIA). Explanations point students back to the relevant MPEP section so a missed question becomes a research and review opportunity rather than just a score.
