The primary reference for all exam questions. All 100 questions are sourced from MPEP content. During the actual exam, a digital copy of the MPEP is accessible within the testing environment.

Covers practice before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) — including inter partes review (IPR), post-grant review (PGR), and covered business method (CBM) proceedings.
