How they differ
What Patent Bar Fidelity does well
Its focus is narrow and specific: rehearsing the exam-day MPEP viewer, with simulated lag and Ctrl+F blocked, and sitting complete official exams in a replica of the Prometric interface. If looking things up in the MPEP under time pressure is your weak spot, that practice is useful, and the viewer is free to try.
What it does not try to cover
It is not a course. There are no lessons or study plan, its questions come from exams given in 1999–2003 under pre-AIA law, and it publishes no price, pass rate or guarantee. The current exam tests post-AIA practice under the current MPEP, so you would need another source for that material.
Using both
The two can work together: Wysebridge for structured study, current practice questions and full timed simulations, and Patent Bar Fidelity's free viewer for extra MPEP navigation drills in the last weeks before the exam.

“I passed on my first attempt using only Wysebridge for study materials. I had a limited amount of time to study for the exam, so I needed to make the most of it. What really stands out to me about the Wysebridge system is how efficient it is. The Patent Bar is equal parts skill and knowledge — and Wysebridge delivers both.”
